History

Real Estate Paradise LLC was formed in 2005. The LLC is today owned by Derek Tait. The office location in Paradise was purchased in early 2012. The former motel and home was completely
renovated; the new office space was complete in late 2013 and the newly-renovated all-suite motel was completed in early 2014: Tahquamenon Suites Lodging.

2014 also saw a complete re-branding of the real estate business. The long-term relationship
with North Coast Realty ended and we are proud to be doing business today as Superior Shores Realty.
After many years of experience in the Paradise market, our team has built a track record of success
based on exemplary service. We go the extra mile for buyers and sellers and the results speak for
themselves. Year after year, we outsell every competitor in our market. Real Estate Paradise LLC
has produced record-breaking sales volume since 2016!
